Maria, first of all, you need access to a Silhouette die cutting machine (such as the Cameo or Portrait).  Not sure if any others will work, since Gina's cut files have a .studio file extension.  That being said, here's how I use mine:

I cut as many as I need, then stamp them.  There are two ways I do this. If I stamp right away, I just leave everything on the mat and stamp.  That way the images won't move around.  Most of the time I put a little adhesive on the back, and then stamp on the cut.  You may need a stamp alignment tool, such as the 'stamp-a-ma-jig', but more often or not it's easy to align them without it, since Gina's stamps are so closely cut.

Hope that helps.

Thank you Gabi.  That really helps.

Gabi, I've never thought to leave them on the mat to stamp!  Otherwise, I do everything the same as you.  I've rarely had issues with lining up.

Gabi, I used your idea and I love it.  The stamped images were right on target.  Having the cut file on the mat really helped.  Thanks again!!

Cheryl, you know what they say:  Frustration is the mother of invention (LOL)!
