Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Welcome to this week's Potluck Challenge! This week please incorporate stamping with some material or object that is NOT a stamp (examples: leaves, erasers, cork etc) onto your project that compliments your other stamped images. It does not have to be a kitchen or household item, anything you can in k up! Here is my sample, I inked up the bottom of real glass to create the stain.

Please upload your creation using the tag STVPF6. You do not need to use Gina K stamps to participate, although we'd love it if you did! ( if you use Gina K. Designs stamp sets, your name will go in the drawing twice! A little extra perk for inspiring us with our own stamps!! :)
We just want you to play along and have fun! New projects only, please.

You have until next Friday, April 3, at 8am CST, to upload your sample.
One winner will be drawn at random to win a Gina K stamp set valued at $24.95 or less!

Hope you will play along! :) You can see all the entries here: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/photo/search?q=stvpf6

For more details on creating the rest of this card, please see my blog:

Those glass "stains" are sooo cool!!!! How creative!!! That sentiment totally cracks me up!!!! LOL Hmmmm................gotta think up something..................
What a cool idea. I might try inking up a coffee mug and stamping a coffee stain. Or I could use the real thing (actual coffee). I love your card Melanie. That parchment looking paper looks really cool with the wine theme.
How cute! Love your stain! (and I don't say THAT often!!!)
Great sample... love the distressed look with the stain.
Ok, now THAT"S a challenge!
The background behind the heart was stamped with the cut end of a stalk of celery. The sentiment is from Tag Lines.

Fun challenge, Melanie! Your card is awesome! Love the glass stains and the fun sentiment! Here is the card I made for the challenge: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/stvpf6-birthday-charm?context=user
My non-stamp items were corks and a pencil eraser that I use to create the background. Thanks!
I really liked this challenge. I used rubberbands on a golf ball to make the background. I rolled it around in ink (dark green, light green, yellow) I will be giving this Waterfall card to my friends Joe and Jolea for Easter.
