Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I was wondering if there was a possiblity of making up a stamp set that depicts Bridge Card Players.  I have so many people who play Bridge and would love to make "personal" cards for them about the card game.    There is nothing "out there" that one can use for card about Bridge players.   (Not even decoupage sheets.)   One could make such humorous stamps depicting aspects of Bridge Players.

I am sure there must be many people who would enjoy owning such a set.

 PLEASE..............................

Maybe something that would be more versatile would be a set with actual card images in it? That would appeal to more people and could be used in scrapbooking, etc.? Would that be something you would be interested in?

Hi Becky,

I would be very very interested in that.  Anything that has to do with a pack of cards.  So many of us "oldies" (not me ofcourse as I am busy making cards..ha ha) play all sorts of card games, of which some people take very seriously, so to be able to give someone a card like that would be great fun.

I must tell you Becky, that the quality of the Gina K stamps are surperb. The images come out perfectly and are a pleasure to use.  Not forgetting to mention the variety of the images that we have to choose from.  Just great.  But its always the case of having so many images but never the one that is needed......enough is never enough when it comes to card making.

Thanks again for replying.

Great idea! And I like the card perspective. Out here in the midwest, not too many bridge player but Euchre is HUGE! Cards would be universal for all kinds of card game lovers! Thanks for the great suggestion!

Hi Gina

Oh goodie!   I cant wait to see what you come up with.  I am totally hooked on your site.  I have learned so much and am having an absolute ball.  (Also Gina, the quality of the stamps are wonderful.  You are streets ahead......) Thank you.

Until Gina gets us this "Favorite Games" (hint hint) set you can use actual playing cards as decorative items. We always have incomplete sets laying about the house :D

Hi Riette,

I guess we can.  I will post my cards onto my photo album.  But its not the same thing. Imagine a humorous stamp or stamps.  (I love it, because Card Players take themselves very seriously, so one can have a lot of fun if the stamps are not too serious.)  Cant wait to see what Gina comes up with, as up until now whatever I have of hers, and I have slowly been collecting lots, I adore them.

Hi Thalia, when visiting my local SS last week, I noticed that they now stock small decks of playing cards (only 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch). These little playing cards are ideal for any card-related greeting cards - I suggest you keep an eye out for them at your local SS or even your local dollar tree stores.

Thalia-what is SS??

I love Euchre! Our friends from Illinois taught us to play. Very fun game, but I had no idea how to spell it until now. :)

SS is short for stamp shop or stamping store :)
