Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hi friends. My 80 year old Mom was recently diagnosed with Cancer. She went through radiation treatment and tomorrow she starts her first round of chemo. She has a positive attitude even though she's in constant pain. Her attitude and hopefullness is a beautiful thing to see. She has a strong desire to live and get well and as a woman of faith, accepts God's will. She says she will do her part and will let God do His.

My prayer is that she be healed, I also accept God's will. If his will is to call her to him, so be it; but I pray she doesn't suffer. May He be by her side as she fights this Cancer. May He be by my family's side and keep us strong throughout this ordeal. Please pray with us. Thanks.

Prayers and support for you and your mom Sylvia.  Treasure each and every day together. I lost my mom 3 years ago this week to cancer. Its such a nasty disease. I'm praying for strength, comfort and a cure.  God Bless you both.

I will be praying.

Prayers will be said!

Good advice Jane! One has to be their own advocate when it comes to letting a doctor know their needs. Sylvia, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your mom.

Praying for you.

Sylvia I'm so sorry to hear about this, I know how difficult this time is as I went through it with both my parents. Remember to take one day at a time and spoil her and spend as much time as you can with her. I will be praying for you all.

Your Mom and family are in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs to all.

Hugs and prayers to your mother and you, Sylvia!

Trials like this are so hard.
My heart and prayers are with you.
I know how hard this can be as I too am going through cancer.
However I didn't have radiation just chemo.
I pray for your sweet mother that God with give her the strength she needs to
Fight this, and for your family to be her support and love.
God bless

My thought and prayers are with you and your Mom, as well as your family. Her positive attitude goes a long way in the battle, and having the love of her family as well. I went through this battle with my mom and you both will be in my prayers sweetie!  (Hugs)  If you are helping take care and running her around. Remember to take a few minutes for your self and eat well. You will need your strength. <3

Thank you all for your prayers and sound advice. We are a big family, thankfully very close so my Mom calls us Team Rivera and take care of her in shifts. Today was her first day and all went well. My youngest sister accompanied her and says she went in good spirits and stayed that way throughout the day. I just spoke with her this afternoon and she says it was easier than she expected and so far is feeling fine. I believe its all the prayers that are being said on her behalf.

Cimbalo asked if cards could be sent to lift her spirits, this would be totally appreciated. If you want to send a card, send it to me and I'll take it to her, her name is Rosaura. I'll will keep you updated as her treatment progresses. Thanks again. Hugs and Blessings.
