I placed an order on the 2nd of this month and have not heard anything about it and cannot see where it was paid for. What is my problem and where is my order?

The last order I see for you is back in July but that's all I see on my end. It's better to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-358-1447. Nobody here at StampTV is able to help with order information. Direct contact with customer service will solve issues quickly. Thank you.
