I placed an order on the 2nd of this month and have not heard anything about it and cannot see where it was paid for. What is my problem and where is my order?

So sorry for the confusion, but they will be able to see if it ever went through or not. Not seeing it paid for makes me think it didnt go through. But please call! They will be able to tell you for sure about that! And are always very helpful!

The last order I see for you is back in July but that's all I see on my end. It's better to contact customer service at info@ginakdesigns.com or 1-844-358-1447. Nobody here at StampTV is able to help with order information. Direct contact with customer service will solve issues quickly. Thank you.
