Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Happy monday to you all, the lovely Lori has been kind enough to ask me to host this weeks challenge, so I got to thinking about how many talented fellow members there are here, and how we often CASE the DT, and how I often admire the work of other STV members, for me a card designed by a fellow fan often sticks in my mind and so this week I would like you to CASE a fellow member. NOT a DT member, NOT Gina and NOT myself, but another fan who you admire, or a particular card you have seen in the gallery and just thought was so great you would love to CASE it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are the rules:

You must CASE a card from another members gallery - NOT a DT member, NOT Gina and NOT me! But a fellow STV fan, you can pick anyone who's gallery you admire. The rules are the same as for a DT challenge:

You can choose ANY card of theirs to CASE. Just tell us which card, either by giving us the title of the card you CASEd or the link to the actual card of the  member you have chosen. There are a few simple rules to this and they are:

1. You need to change 2 or more things on the card. Colors, image used, add more bling, take away bling, etc....

2. You will need to provide the title of the card or a link to the card that you CASEd.

3. A short reason why you chose that particular card

4. Please add the tag STV12MON18

The deadline is Sunday May 27th, 8 pm CT.

And remember, you do NOT have to show the actual card you CASEd, just the title or a link to it in the description area of the photo you upload! Just remember, you must
CASE a fellow member Not Gina or any of the DT or me !

Have fun and happy hunting :-)

Ok so here is my CASE:

I chose to CASE Geri, I loved the card that Geri made, so much so I went out and bought the window die the first chance that I got :-)

Details can be found On my Blog

Here is a link to the card I CASED

The link to the Challenge Gallery can be found HERE

Gayle, I'm so flattered that you would chose my card to CASE. Your card is beautiful!

Really, Alex, this is a tough challenge I started looking at the gallery of cards then ended up picking a stamp set I wanted to used and googled some more.  I finally decided on Judy Woodland's Lavender and Green seen here.

Here's my CASE of Judy's card  I changed the size and shape, used a different doily and doubled up on the die and flower, etc.

Sorry I couldn't link the card on my card's description....couldn't figure out how to link:(

Alex another wonderful card you cased.  If I have time, I found another card that I'd like to submit too well actually more than that but I have to limit myself.  There is tons of inspiration in the gallery which made this so extremely difficult to choose a card.

Alex, great challenge!! Your card is gorgeous and thanks for picking one of my cards!!! Now I want to make another card with that die. Hope to play!

HERE is mine

I had to do one more CASE.  This time it was Karen Knegten's Girlie Frog #8388 seen here

Karen's gallery has always been one of my favorites especially with the quirky stamp sets.

Here's my take on Girlie Frog.  I switched out the colors, papers, added a hat but couldn't resist the feather.

I did a CASe of Penny ODell HERE

Well It took awhile and I admire so many ladies here,Thank you for this chance to play. I love you all....

This is such a GREAT idea Alex!  We have so many talented stampers here, and there are lots of cards I would love to case!  Things have been crazy and I haven't had a chance to make a card in a while.  We must do this again! : )

Betty

Thank you so much, I have been overwhelmed at all the positive responses to this challenge, I hope someone does do it again :-)
