Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Good morning and welcome to the Mix It Up Monday Challenge on Stamp TV!!  Today I am hosting the challenge for you and I am truly trying to "mix it up"!

Your challenge is to use TWO designer papers on one card. Here is my card....

And... just to give you a little added "flexibility", I've made another card to share with you another way you can add TWO designer papers to one card.

Please have your project uploaded to the gallery at StampTV using keyword STVMONTG1 by 8:00 PM central time, Sunday night May 15th.

Monday, May 16th, we will announce a randomly chosen winner from all of the entries who will win any Gina K. Designs stamp set valued up to $24.95.

Be sure and use tag STVMONTG1 on your card and you can see all the entries HERE!

Such pretty card, Tina! Designer papers is my greatest handicap! I don't work with them well! LOL But, I will rummage through my 'forgotten' box and try to come up with a card for this challenge. Thanks for giving me a reason to continue making cards! :D
I have some designer paper I don't like and never use .... if I added that element I'd really be challenged :D  Great challenge either way!
Very pretty cards. I think I'm a paper junkie but not always sure how I want to use it.  Thanks for two different ideas.  I like the challenge gallery links that are included in the challenge.
Can this be any designer paper or must it be from Gina K store? Many thanks for the heaps of inspiration!
You can use ANY designer Paper, Riette!  Have fun!!!
Very pretty card, I also have a problem using designer paper. Will try it anyway.
Great cards Tina!!  Love using dp and will try to play along...

designer paper is so versatile, designer paper here I come

Gorgeous card.  Just love the designer aper you selected!

Hugs, Marie

While I hate to appear ignorant would someone please tell me the difference between designer paper and pattern paper?  Is there a difference?  Is designer paper simply created by a well known designer?  I have been stamping for 14 yrs and I don't know the answer.  Please help a girl out ;-P   Thanks

No Carrie... there is no difference.  Use any patterned paper you like!! :-)

Thank you so much for clearing things up for me.
