Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Ready for a sketch??  With all the CAS challenges lately I'm really enjoying them a lot more!  So how about a CAS sketch....and yet there's still plenty of room for layers and bling and color!!!  LOL I've got two versions of this card made into sketches thanks to my awesome fellow Moderators, Cat and Theresa!  This is a great example of CAS vs know CAS can be very simple or it can be a bit more long as there is some "space" or room on the card!  *wink*

Added to help some of our new members:  CAS stands for Clean And Simple.  It doesn't have an exact's not about having no layers or bling....but it's about being a bit simpler and having some open space (not necessarily white).  CAS is open to interpretation as are many stampin' basically don't go too over the top with layers and embellies! LOL

Here's my sample using Gina's adorable new set, Garden Fresh!!  And a bit more layered up with some bling....and yet a lot of open it's a CAS card with a twist!

Um... call me a newbie, but I don't understand this challenge.  Can someone please explain?  Am I supposed to create sketches and then make a card from it?  Or am I supposed to be using one of the sketches Lee put up?

Please, can someone please tell me what I'm supposed to do?

Just using the basic sketch or layout create a card that follows along!  I just used 2 different sketches so you can see that you can make it a bit plainer or a bit more layered and blinged.
Keep the CAS coming, please!  I don't have all the fancy embossing and cutting machines, so really enjoy these.  They are just as elegant, in my newbie eyes.

Thank you RJ, for asking, cuz I was trying to figure that out myself!!!

Okay  can someone tell me what  CAS means?

Lee, thank you too, for answering RJs question so quickly!! Now I get it!!

Lee, GKD DT/Moderator said: stands for Clean And in other words not completely layered and blinged up.  I usually enjoy my layers and bling...but there can be different degrees of CAS so you can enjoy it no matter what your style is!
so pretty!

What is a CAS card?

CAS stands for Clean and a card that has some blank space...not necessarily white card space...just a little simpler in terms of layers, etc.
Reply for Rj Avery.... CAS is clean and simple!!!
