Good Monday Morning to everybody! I am so excited for the opportunity to host this week's challenge. A big Thank You to Lori McAree for asking me this week.
I used to be intimidated by distress inks but with a lot of practice I now have a new love and respect for them. Tim Holtz is the king of distress! I love to play with the inks and combine different colors and layer them.
This week's challenge is to Distress a card and include some form of a Tag. Momento inks work well in addition to Tim Holtz inks. You may also use sandpaper, etc., as long as there is some form of distressing on the card.
I consider my project to be a 'modern vintage' card. I used Tim Holtz papers and inks and GKD butterfly from the Dogwood and Butterfly stamp set. I distressed the edges of the card, tore paper, distressed it and used Antique Linen and Vintage Photo on the tag. Great Fun!

Please create and upload a new project for this challenge. You may not link a previous card/project. There is no combining of Stamp TV challenges allowed to be eligible to win a prize. However, you can combine it with challenges outside of Stamp TV. And remember you don't have to use Gina K. Designs stamps, but if you do your name will go into the drawing twice.
You will have until Sunday, February 26th, 8pm CST to upload your entry.
Use Keyword STV12MON5 as the tag for this challenge.
I can't wait to see everyone's projects with distressing! Thank you for participating!

Regina, Sorry to say I missed the deadline for your Distressing challenge. I made my card and oops slipped my mind to post on time. Distressed cards are usually very challenging for me and I wish I could create one as awesome as your sample. Thanks for hosting this challenge.
