Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Good Day Everyone!

I am so excited to host the First Challenge of

"2015"

"Thank You"

Before I give you all the fun details, I just want to say

Thank You… To Gina for this wonderful sight, StampTv where we can

gather and have fun, learn new techniques, share great ideas,

and even share a laugh or two.

Thank You, to all that make Gina K Designs run smoothly. From the costumer service to packing our orders.

Thank You to all the Wonderful Illustrators & Moderators / Design Team.

Thank You, to all of You, Our Wonderful Members.

Ok, Now to the Challenge!

This week your Challenge is to make a Thank You Card.

The only twist is it has to be a 4x4 card!

See, Not so hard! :)  Here are a few I made. Once I started I couldn't quit… LOL

This one is made with stamp set "Lots Of Lines" by: Beth Silaika. I love the font & size of the sentiments. I also used the 6x6 patterned paper pack Wisteria Lane along with Gina K's Wild Lilac ink and Fresh Asparagus, Vibrant Violet & White Pure Luxury Card Stock. I used the gold

twine & gingham ribbon by Gina K Designs as well.

*******

Next I decided to play with some sprays! Here is my results.

On this one I stamped & masked the butterfly from Gina's set "Take Flight".

Colored the butterfly with Spectrum Noir Markers & Pencils.

Once again I used Beth's "Lot's of Lines" for the sentiment.

Gina K Designs Pure Luxury Card Stock in White Heavy Base Weight.

I have 2 more cards to show, but I will slip them in the gallery as the week goes by!

Ok now it's your turn!  Happy Stamping…

Now for the small print:Upload your creations by Sunday January 11, 2015  CST

Beautiful Karen!

Many ThanksAnd here is my card.

Finally, I am able to stamp and create again. But I must say it was a wonderful visit from family so that lessened the pain of not being crafty. HERE is the card I created for this challenge. And, I love yours Karen. Both are gorgeous!

Family time is the best! But I am glad you got to get inky and play along!  :)

Such gorgeous cards, Karen. I sure wish the USPS did not charge extra for squares.

Please clear something up for me? Every time I read the rules I am confused. First it says any stamps, card stock, patterned paper, etc. are welcome in the challenges. But then it says "Winners are randomly chosen from all of the cards that use Gina K Designs images". So does that mean I can enter but not win?

Yes that is correct Bonnie!  We don't want anyone to feel like they can't play along and learn new techniques and have fun with challenges.  But winners are chosen randomly from among the entries using Gina K. images.  And the only requirement to be included among those chosen as winners is to use Gina K. images.  Any other products are always welcome.

Bonnie, Beat the U.S.P.S. at their own game, and put that square card in a regular size envelope.  No extra cost is then involved! I use a regular envelope for the card and place it into business size one, for mailing.

This is what I did to solve that problem.  I put the square on the front of a regular card, added a ribbon and another flower.
