Hey ya'll!! Good Monday morning to ya! It's a yucky rainy day here in my part of Texas, been raining for 2 days now...we gonna have to get the boat out soon I think, lol! Ok, now for the challenge...Let's Get Down and Dirty!!' What this challenge is for you to create something that you have done some distressing on! Either by roughing up the edges or with a sponge and inks...it's up to you but I want to see 'grunge'!! Here is my sample:
I love making tags to decorate my packages with, so this is what this one will be used for. I was totally inspired by Tim Holtz's 12 tags of Christmas this year for my tag! And look, I USED GLITTER!! :D I used a piece of scor-tape and then poured the glitter over that to make the gold glitter strips. The tiles are mini scrabble board pieces that I have used some distress inks on also...and they were attached using scor-tape too.
Ok, now it's your turn!! Go and have fun! This is such a fun style to me, fun to just PLAY!! Here is all the small print:
Please create and upload a new project for this challenge that can only be entered into this challenge here on StampTV to be eligible for a prize, no combining of Stamp TV challenges. However, you can combine it with challenges outside of StampTV. And remember you don't have to use Gina K. Designs stamps, but if you do your name will go into the drawing twice! All Challenge entries will be entered into a drawing for a grab bag of at least 12 Gina K Designs' stamps!!
Make sure your entries are uploaded to our gallery, with the tag STVMONCT13 by Sunday, Dec. 11th, 8PM CST to be eligible for the drawing! Winner will be announced no later than Monday morning!
Can't wait to see what all you create!!
