Gina K. Designs Blog Hop: Card Drive for Kids with Spina Bifida

Hello! We wanted to invite you to a very special Blog Hop being hosted by members of Gina  K. Designs Team. We are excited to help spread the word about this very special drive. This year Giovana has introduced us to four special kids and we hope that you will be inspired to participate in the card drive as well!

Here's a sneak peek of some of the cards you will see along the hop.

Here's a photo of the four adorable kids, please meet Madison, Logan, Tanner, and Rebekah.

Here are the details on how you can participate:

  • Create a fun, uplifting card or cards for one or all the kids listed below. The cards can be anything cheery, encouraging, supportive, etc.  Please DO NOT send sorry, get well or anything like that. Remember, we want to cheer them up. The kids (you can click on their names to read more about each of them):
    • Madison: 2 years old
    • Logan: 2 years old. (turning 3 on October 17th!!)
    • Tanner: 2 years old (turning 3 on December 15)
    • Rebekah: 9 years old
  • All cards need to have a message in it for the child/family.  Please also sign your name and where you are from.  On the card envelope, write the name of the child.  Please, don't seal the envelope, as the parents might want to read the cards before the kids see them.
  • Cards must be received by October 31st to be eligible for the drawing.
  • Your name will go into the drawing if you send in a card for each of the kids, so that means a total of four cards.
  • Mail your card(s) to Giovana along with a piece of paper with your name, address, e-mail address and blog (if you have one). This will help a lot to contact the winner a lot faster!:

One more card to finish! Will get them in the mail tomorrow! Sorry to be so slow!
Can people outside the USA also send in some cards?
These kidlets are so darling. May they enjoy all the cards they receive, and they with their families be ever blessed!

Must these cards for the kids be made with Gina K stamps? As I don't have many that are kid appropriate.

Thanks

Donna

This is so cool. I have a brother with Spina Bifida he is now 42 years old. He spent months away from the family in Madison WI when he was a kid. We lived 3 hours away and had a farm so it was not easy to come down. As a mother now my self I can not imagine being away from my child that long. They have come so far with the treatment and surgeries for these kids. What a wonderful thing to send them cards not only for the kids but for the parents too.I will get at my cards tonight!
Thank you for a wonderful hop Ladies! I wasn't able to leave comments on all the blogs, but l really appreciate all your hard word!
Yes, anybody can send cards!!

This is 1 of the 4 card that I'll send in for this card drive ~_^

Wow this is so cool! I just joined the site, Actually didn't know it existed lol, and here I am at a drive for Spina bifida! My daughter, Bethany now 18 has Spina Bifida and you cannot know how many times I have sat in a hospital room and wished for a card, a call or something from someone. We are always in a different city away from family and friends and it means  so much to get a card. Wow ladies good for you. Thank you for your heart!
