Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hey ya'll!! Happy Friday to you!  And welcome to another challenge from ME! :D   And it's time for another CASE the DT challenge!   I will give you one of the DT's names, along with a link to their gallery here on StampTV and you can choose ANY card of theirs to CASE.  Just tell us which card, either by giving us the title of the card you CASEd or the link to the actual card of the DT member we are doing that week.  There are a few simple rules to this and they are:

1.  You need to change 2 or more things on the card.  Colors, image used, add more bling, take away bling, etc....

2.  You will need to provide the title of the card or a link to the card that you CASEd.

3.   Have fun!!  :D

Up this week, since we are going in alphabetical order, is the most awesomely  talented Carolina!!

Here is the link to Carolina's Gallery:

Carolina's Gallery!

I absolutely love Carolina's clean and fresh style.  I also loved her ideas that she has for adding little special touches...as in this card that I did:

And here is the card I CASEd of hers:

(you do not have to show the actual image of the card you CASE of Carolina's, just the link or title to it!)

Isnt that little bow just too cute!??!!  (she has a tutorial to it on her blog too!)   HAD to make that bow!  for the card,  I basically followed her layout, changed stamp sets, added a scallop border and of course different colors and dp!  And one other thing that I love that Carolina does is make little gift sets.  So I actually made a gift bag to match this card:

(Extra entry into the drawing IF you make a gift set too!  ;)  )

Just remember, you MUST CASE CAROLINA!!  No other DT or Gina!

Ok, it's your turn now!   Go and browse Carolina's gorgeous gallery, I KNOW you will be inspired!  And now for the small print!! :D

Please create and upload a new project for this challenge and it can only be entered into this challenge here on StampTV to be eligible for a prize. However, you can use it for challenges outside of StampTV. If you use Gina K. Designs stamps, your name will go into the drawing twice.

Be sure and have your project uploaded to our gallery here on StampTV using the tag STVFRICT5  by  8:00PM CST, July 28th, Thursday night.

Here you can find all the entries for this challenge:

Adorable card and gift bag, Cat!  It will be tough to pick JUST one card from Carolina's gallery to CASE!!

First of all I love your CASEd designs of Carolina's. She is an amazing designer and has such great works to emulate.

I CASEd Carolina's Beach Fun. I hope this link for it works: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/beach-fun?context=user

And this is what I did entitled Smooth Sailing: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/smooth-sailing-11?context=user

Thanks for the honor Cat and LOOOOVE your card and bag!

I'm really looking forward to see what you all come up with! Here's a new one from me:

Thanks a Melon!

I cased my Birthday Wishes card.

Mine is a bit different than the "Fried Green Tomatoes Inspired" that I CASEd, but . . .

My Truckin Along

LOVE this challenge each month Cat.  Squared away some time and made this: CASE'ing Carolina

and it is a CASE from Party Like Rock Star.  I changed the sentiment, added a layer and oops, and created a background using Gelatos.  Fun time playing and totally different than my normal style :)

I am confused-  who am I suppose to case?? Is it Cathy Tidwell? Or CAROLINA?
Rebekka - you're suppose to case me, Carolina. Cathy is our host for the CASE the DT challenges.

Da...:) Thank you Carolina, I do get a little dense sometimes.
oh that bow is delightful, very pretty in the black.

Here´s the card I cesed from Carolina´s lovely gallery Fathers Day and here´s mine

I´ve cased Carolina

Thanks for the challenge!

Birgit

Great Challenge Cat!  Carolina's work is always outstanding and very clever.  I decided that since it's been an extremely hot and humid week in Pennsylvania that a little Christmas in July was needed.  So I decided to case Carolina's Sparkly Christmas card seen here.

I switched out the non-traditional colors that Carolina used and went with Christmas patterned paper that I embossed with snowflakes, left off the pearls and ribbon.  The awesome glittery reindeer flying over the trees I did try to duplicate.

 Here's my card.

Hope you continue to awe us with your work, Carolina.
