Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hello! We wanted to invite you to a Technique Blog Hop being hosted by members of StampTV's Center Stage Alumni. This time around, the hop is based on paper piecing technique. Those participating will be sharing some fun projects using this wonderful technique.

In case you're not familiar with this technique,  Gina has put together a video which you can find here, Paper Piecing.

For those who need written steps on this technique:

  1. Select an image that has a lot of open space. Stamp the image twice, once on neutral card stock and once on patterned paper.
  2. Cut out the part of the patterned image that will be pieced onto the neutral image. Cut very close to the line. Apply your adhesive and put in place onto the neutral image.
  3. Finish your card with your newly pieced image as you'd like.

Are you ready to start the hop? Here's a list of all those participating:

Hope you'll be able to join us ~ just create a new card and add it to StampTV's gallery or your blog and then come back here and post a link to it so we can all check it out!

Great hop -- I have been inspired some really cute cards!
I actually made one the same day and also used my strawberries :D
Fabulous talent ladies!!!!   I was done before I knew it.  :(
Great artwork all of you. I can't stamp anymore tonight but perhaps tomorrow I can work up something. It is nearly bed time for me. LOL But I sure enjoyed all of your efforts.
Thankful to STV for teaching me this technique, I SO love to paper piece.

thanks so much for the inspiration

I got my paper piecing card done but a few thunder storms prevented me from uploading it. So I can now share it with you.

I am going to have to try this technique!  It looks like so much fun, and some really beautiful cards on this hop!  Woohooo!

Another fabulous hop from very talented artists.  Thanks for all the inspiration.

I decided to play along too so here's my card.
