Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hello StampTV friends!  Happy Monday to all!  Sylvia here back again for another MIUM challenge. Don’t know about you, but I have a hard time making cards for men. With Father’s Day coming next month I’m thinking this would be a good challenge for this week.

My card is quick and easy thanks to Melanie'S Inspiration Mosaic and Stately Flowers 6 & 7 stamp sets. Stamped on Kraft cardstock then added brown gingham from Season’s Greetings paper pack.

Now it’s your turn to make your card; it doesn’t have to be a Father’s Day card, it could be for a little boy, a teenager, a young or old man; and it could be any size, color, or shape; can’t wait to get inspired by your creation!

Be sure and have your creation uploaded to our gallery, with the tag, STV16MON20 no later than May 22nd, 8PM CST.

Thank you so much for hosting this weeks challenge Sylvia! I love the challenge and it is perfect for Father's Day that will be here before we know it! I love the card you made using Melanie's frame set! Thanks again! :). <3

This kind is hard for me, too. I love the way these challenges make me face my fears (or in this case lack of talent) and keep stamping any way!

Great card Sylvia. I really like the Mosaic on the Kraft. Cards for men are always difficult for me. But I do need them on more than just a few occasions.

I've got he PERFECT stamps for this challenge being delivered today! Last week I ordered the "Country Roads" and  "The Wetlands" stamp sets with Father's Day and other male cards in mind. The mail can't get here soon enough!

Wonderful cardSylvia, The Inspiration masaic is one of my favorite stamps, it always makes a beautiful card! Thanks for hosting a great challenge as well.

Beautiful card Sylvia! The majority of the cards I make are for men and it's always a challenge. Most men like plain, clean and simple. Thanks for this challenge just in time for Father's Day.

What a gorgeous creation!  Thanks for hosting for us this week!!

Thanks Ladies for the great feedback you always give.
Judy, glad to know I'm not alone on this.
Bonnie I've seen your cards, there's no lack of talent there.
Karen, you're welcome. I love hosting as it gets me out of my comfort zone.
Jennifer, I hope your order gets in on time, can't wait to see what you make.
Cindy, I had to wait quite some time to get the Inspiration Mosaic, it was always sold out. I lucked out this time and I think it's going on my favorites list.
Irene S., I'll be looking over your photos to get inspired.
Cat, thanks for liking my card.

This is a good (and timely) Challenge....I always struggle with masculine cards....BUT, count me in!  Your card is awesome!

Beautiful card Sylvia. My dad and dad in law are no longer with us but I sure could use inspiration for male type cards.

I will try to get a card in for the challenge. Maybe later in the week I can work up a design. I sure love what you made though. I love that you used a flower on your card. Most of the time I shy away from using flowers for the guys but I really like the one you chose for your card design.

I love that stamp and I have never thought to use it for masculine cards, thanks for broadening my horizon. Your shading on the flower is beautiful.
