Hi Giovana, This is such a great cause! Can we combine the 4 cards in one envelope? I would love to participate and will hop to it, to get the cards to you on time. Keep up the great work!

Hi Giovana, I sent you a PM - hope my cards arrive safely and on time!

Thanks Madeleen!! I got your message and I will wait for your cards so they can be sent with all the other ones.

Thanks again and God bless.

Giovana

Giovana, this is wonderful of you to do this for these children.  It will bring smiles to those precious little faces.  I did the blog hop and everyone did such a great job of making happy cards...  the only site I could not get to was Sue's. For some reason every link I tried would not go to her blog.  (will try again later)

hugs,

karen

Hi, Giovana. Since you have your own thread, I thought I'd put up the cards I did on here. Could you do me a big favour and post Logan's card in your blog? I understand that his birthday is tomorrow? I read that he's into Mickey Mouse and a few other cartoon characters. So, I dug deep and found my Mickey and Minnie Mouse dies. I made the Mickey one for Logan's 3rd Birthday Card and the minnie I made for Madison. Here are the pictures for them:

This is Logan's card:

And this is Madison's Minnie Mouse card: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/madison-hello-minnie-mouse-card?conte...

I also managed to finish something for Rebekah. I know you said we should not send gifts, but, its still paper. Even if its not exactly a card. I made her a mini diary. I hope she will have fun using it or carrying it around. She is, after all, a little princess! And I think every princess should have her own little diary! hehe Here it is: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/rebeka-s-garden-diary-collage?context...

This is the inside of Rebekah's card: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/rebeka-garden-diary-inside?context=al...

All I'm missing now is a card for Tanner.

Woops, sorry, this is Logan's Mickey Mouse card: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/madison-hello-minnie-mouse-card/prev?...

Hello, Giovana. I've finished Tanner's card yesterday. You can see it here: http://stamptv.ning.com/photo/tanner-happy-halloween-mickey-card?co...

I mailed the envelope earlier this afternoon, after lunch. You would hopefully get it by next week if we're lucky. If not, the package will reach you anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

I really love your card-making style. Especially your sewing skills! I actually tried paper piercing like Beate showed in her tuts, but, I can never get it as nice or evenly-spaced as hers. Do you use the sewing machine or a scrapbooking tool to sew your cards?

Thanks Leslie! For my cards I use a regular fabric sewing machine. I don't sew on fabric anymore, but I should.

Thanks so much for the cards for kids.

Giovana
