It’s time for a new Blast From the Past Challenge. Isn’t it fun to go back and review Gina’s technique videos?
Now that Christmas is over, we are thinking about making Valentine cards. I don’t know why, but I usually like to emboss Valentines whether it is for elegance, or just a fun card. It seems to give it that something extra we all love.
This week I challenge you to watch Gina’s video “Heat Embossing”
then make a card using this technique plus I want you to use at least one heart on your card/project.
The heart can be cut out, heat embossed, dry embossed, rhinestones, brads . . . use your imagination. I'll be anxious to see what you come up with.
Here is my sample using Gold embossing powder.
Here is another pretty embossed card by Geri.
Now it’s your turn! Please watch Gina’s video “Heat Embossing”
then create a card using heat embossing plus have at least one heart on your card. Next, upload your new card to the StampTV gallery using the keyword stvbpss05
by 8:00 p.m. central time Thursday, Jan 14th. Friday a winner will be drawn at random and may choose any Gina K stamp set valued up to $24.95. Your card can only be entered into my challenge on STV to be eligible to win, but you can use it for challenges outside of STV.
You do not need to use Gina K stamps to participate. A little perk though, if you do use Gina K stamps in your entry, your name will be added twice in the random drawing.
Here is the gallery link to all cards entered with the stvbpss05 tag.
