This is the place to ask us anything you want. (Well, almost anything!) Need to know where to find storage for your stamps? Having trouble with a video? Need to find out what size dies nest together? Here is the place to ask!
Members of our moderation team, design team and I will check this thread often and help you with your important stamping questions. And your question may help others too!
Every Monday, we will lock the previous week's thread and start a new thread with the current week's date. You will still be able to read the questions and answers posted in past week's threads, however, by starting a new thread each week, you won't have to scroll back 50 pages to find answers to your questions.
Please ask your questions here in this thread and not by starting new threads as we can't keep track of all of those and have to delete those.
So go ahead. Ask us. We're ready to help! :)

Permalink Reply by Sharon Barnard on October 15, 2012 at 10:58am I do have a question about one of the last sneak peek messages. Is an SVG file something I can use with my cuttle? I am sorry for my ignorance but I am new to cardmaking. I was wanting to make tags this year but I have the cuttle so wanted to be able to use stamps to go along with those die cuts...Sharon

Hi Kat. Still wondering if there is an ETA for the heavy base weight card stock in Dusty Sage...? I know there is a release coming on Thurs., and was hoping it would be included in that. Christmas IS coming--sooner than we think! ;)
Permalink Reply by Cat, GKD DT/Moderator on October 15, 2012 at 2:22pm The SVG files are to be used with the Silhouette Cameo cutting machine I believe.... I KNOW You can't use them with the cuttlebug. But like Gina said in her post
"...these basic shapes are pretty simple to cut by hand so if you don't have a machine, you can still make tons of fun tags."

Permalink Reply by Debbie Rogers on October 16, 2012 at 10:26am It was great of Gina to post the Greeting Card Gift Box Template using the Scor Pal. I was wondering for those of us who don't have the Scor-pal, but do have the Scor-buddy, if you can just turn the card around and what the dimensions might be used for it?
Permalink Reply by Cat, GKD DT/Moderator on October 16, 2012 at 12:42pm Hi Debbie!
To do on the Scor-Buddy...
Landscape: Scor @ 4 1/2, 5 1/4
then turn and from the other end, landscape, scor @ 1/2", and 1 1/4" and that should do the trick! :D

Permalink Reply by Nancy Leppek on October 16, 2012 at 7:50pm I am sure this has been asked before and infact feel like I might have read the answer somewhere already, but since I feel as if I am going brain dead or something, I will ask again! Can I enter a challenge on Stamp TV and tag it accordingly and just not be eligible for a prize or would you rather we don't tag them at all for the particular challenge?
Thanks so much and sorry to bother you all!
Permalink Reply by Penny ODell on October 16, 2012 at 10:35pm Hi Cat, How are you tonight. I was wondering if you write on your card or draw on your card. Does that disqualify your project from winning a challenge. Thank you for your time and I hope you have a wonderful day!!!
Permalink Reply by Jan MacKinven on October 17, 2012 at 5:33am I am an avid fan of Gina K. As I live in New Zealand, is it possible to order from here and to order the buy 2 get one free sheets? Could you please advise the cost of sending three of these and can it be any three sheets? Many thanks.
Permalink Reply by Cat, GKD DT/Moderator on October 17, 2012 at 8:08am I think you are saying you do not want to be included in the drawings? If so, then yes, still tag your cards with all of the proper tags, and then just send me or Sean a message to not unclude your name in the drawings! :D
