Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

This is the place to ask us anything you want. (Well, almost anything!) Need to know where to find storage for your stamps? Having trouble with a video? Need to find out what size dies nest together? Here is the place to ask!

Members of our moderation team, design team and I will check this thread often and help you with your important stamping questions. And your question may help others too!

Every Monday, we will lock the previous week's thread and start a new thread with the current week's date. You will still be able to read the questions and answers posted in past week's threads, however, by starting a new thread each week, you won't have to scroll back 50 pages to find answers to your questions.

Please ask your questions here in this thread and not by starting new threads as we can't keep track of all of those and have to delete those.

So go ahead. Ask us. We're ready to help! :)

It was in stock earlier cuz I bought some.....but by release parties it tends to be out!  Crazy, huh?  We'll see if we can track Gina down for an update on sold out items!

There are some beautiful flower inages in the Stately Flower range but for anyone living outside of the US (and there are a lot of us) the state names would not be used. Is there some way that you could buy them as singles or duo's. They would certainly be a popular buy. Thanks Ina

Any idea when the Joyful Holiday clear stamp set will be back in stock??

I think my question got lost somewhere, so I'll ask again but more direct.

Is the snowflake, flourish & checkered paper in Winter Whimsy supposed to be blue like the picture shows in the shop or supposed to be green like I got? I wonder if I got a different batch.

Hi Sharon!  Actually most of the dp and ribbon are called "coordinating" which means they are shades of colors and not necessarily an exact match.  It's very difficult to get exact matches with different makers of products....but the shadings allow for a cohesive look.  Then again something I enjoy doing is using a different color altogether and bring out the complementary color schemes.  Hope this helps!

We'll see if we can get some info from Gina early next week....the release party and following weekend are always so busy...which is a good thing...but we may have to wait to track Gina down among the shipping boxes! LOL

I realize they are supposed to coordinate; that's why I thought the coordinating card stock would have shades of green since the patterned paper was green instead of trying to make it work with different blues. I asked around & realize the papers look ok to work together. Guess I'm just looking too close! Thanks for your reply.

Terrific idea! I love the flower images and names, but the states stamps will remain unused. I'd love to be able to buy the flowers separately...

Okay, thanks Lee. Appreciate you guys, as always.
