WOW! That's what I call customer service!!

I haven't ordered any of the ink pads so far, but for those who have, this is beyond expectations.  All I can say is "Gina K Rocks!".  But we already knew that.

Thanks, Gina, that's wonderful.  I ordered one of the Cherry Red ink pads, and I got one that is mottled.  You have the best customer service around.  I wouldn't hesitate to order from your company.  :)

Wow!  Your customer service is second to none!  You're amazing Gina!!

She treats us all like queens and has our backs! That's what friends do... :-)

A lot of us have been waiting to order the color companions ink pads. When will we be able to do that? we don't have any yet and as you have noticed ,we are impatient. Thank you

Hi Kathleen,

Yes, we pulled the remaining inventory out of stock so nobody else would buy ink pads that might have had an issue. They are being redone by our manufacturer as we speak and once they arrive, we will ship all the replacement pads out and add them back into inventory on our website. We are hoping they arrive within the next 3-4 weeks. I am so very sorry for the delay. And thanks to everyone for your nice comments. I will continue to check back throughout the day in case anyone else has a question or comment.

Hugs,

Gina

Customer service that is over the top. I have not ordered any as yet, but am so happy for those that did. Why would anyone shop else where?
Amazing. As always the best customer service. thank you for caring so much.

OH! Gina, you are such a blessing. thank you sooo much for your honesty within your business, and your personal friendship that you show each of us. May the Lord Bless Your business and your family, you sure do bless us.

I ordered one of every color of your ink pads and I just opened and checked every one of them I see no visible issues, is there something I should be concerned about?.

Will the ink work with Copics or other alcohol markers?

Yes, I am enjoying using hem together!  See this sample with Honey Mustard.:

while I didn't eant the lines to show, there was no bleeding of the image when I put down my marker colors.

She is also working on a black ink that will be suitable for Copic coloring when you want your lines to really pop. :)
