I haven't ordered any of the ink pads so far, but for those who have, this is beyond expectations. All I can say is "Gina K Rocks!". But we already knew that.
Thanks, Gina, that's wonderful. I ordered one of the Cherry Red ink pads, and I got one that is mottled. You have the best customer service around. I wouldn't hesitate to order from your company. :)

Permalink Reply by Kathleen on January 29, 2013 at 7:15am A lot of us have been waiting to order the color companions ink pads. When will we be able to do that? we don't have any yet and as you have noticed ,we are impatient. Thank you
Permalink Reply by Gina K. on January 29, 2013 at 7:19am Hi Kathleen,
Yes, we pulled the remaining inventory out of stock so nobody else would buy ink pads that might have had an issue. They are being redone by our manufacturer as we speak and once they arrive, we will ship all the replacement pads out and add them back into inventory on our website. We are hoping they arrive within the next 3-4 weeks. I am so very sorry for the delay. And thanks to everyone for your nice comments. I will continue to check back throughout the day in case anyone else has a question or comment.
Hugs,
Gina

while I didn't eant the lines to show, there was no bleeding of the image when I put down my marker colors.
She is also working on a black ink that will be suitable for Copic coloring when you want your lines to really pop. :)
